Manulife Mobile is a digital health benefits experience that would allow group health benbefits plan members to tap into their benefits education, coverage, personalized health tips, live chat support, and more all in one place.
As someone who had Manulife insurance at work, I knew how non user-friendly their user interface was. So me and the entire team were OVER THE MOON that they were giving it an update.
That being said, me and Anthony Lieberman put our all into the soft launch — an internal creative campaign for Manulife’s employees. It was essentially a tester before launching the official campaign to the public.
And it went over like GANGBUSTERS. Client said there was an estimated 300% increase in app engagement, and they were singing our praises all week after seeing the work we presented.
